Refund And Cancellation Policy

Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP) under Express Entry have specific eligibility criteria; Akme Immigrations bears no responsibility if you are ineligible or an application is not filed for a PNP. In such cases, we will assist with the Direct Express Entry process, requiring a wait for the draw.

If no invitation is received within 12 months of pool lodgment (or per Clause 4), we will reapply in the next program year at no extra charge. No refund if you reapply and later withdraw. Alternatively, we may offer application to another eligible country with mutual consent.

No refunds apply if:
You fail get application rejection due to false information.
You withdraw at any stage after signing, for any reason.
You do not follow instructions, terms, or requirements in the contract.
You do not take the IELTS or achieve the required band (e.g., 67 points).
Your spouse fails IELTS or the required band (where applicable).
You skip required medical exams or interviews.
You attend an interview without our knowledge, leading to refusal.
You withdraw post-filing due to the situations (beyond our control).
Changes in pass marks, Immigration Act, rules, or procedures prevent filing.
Province halts applications or quotas fill (we will wait or switch to Direct Express Entry).
Unfavorable criteria changes occur post-signing.
Case transfers between programs.

Akme Immigrations may withdraw services without refund if:
a) You miss visa interviews.
b) Medical exams fail for you or family.
c) Police verification fails.
d) Fraudulent documents are submitted.
e) Employment verification fails.
f) Prior immigration/visa violations.
g) Late submission of additional documents.

No refund for abandonment within 3 months of registration or 3 months of non-communication. We are not responsible for third-party delays (e.g., couriers). Fees are per company standards, agreed upon pre-signing. Applications are not routine; additional documents may be required. No refunds/transfers for abandonment, switching services, or opting for other countries.

You must provide accurate information and documents (e.g., English translations). We bear no responsibility for rejections due to inaccuracies. No refunds cover documentation/government fees. We strive for positive outcomes but do not refund unsuccessful cases. Refund liability never exceeds fees paid (excluding GST at 18%, government/third-party fees). Approved refunds process in 45 working days on principal only.
