Speakify Course Demo & Refund Policy

At Speakify, candidates are provided with 3–4 demo sessions before enrolling in any course. These demo classes are arranged to help candidates understand the teaching methodology, course structure, and overall learning experience.

By choosing to enroll after attending the demo sessions, the candidate acknowledges that they are fully satisfied with the course offering.

Please note that once the course fee is paid, it is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Speakify maintains a no refund policy, as sufficient opportunity is given to evaluate the course prior to enrollment.

Candidates are advised to:

Attend all demo sessions carefully before making a decision

Clarify all doubts regarding course content, duration, and outcomes

Make an informed decision before proceeding with fee payment

Contract Validity (Canadian PR): 3 years from signing. Up to 2 consecutive PNP options and 2 EOIs per option; additional requires new contract.

Australian PR Applications
Clause 1: Refund Amounts by Stage

• 1st Stage: 25% refund (excluding taxes; not for part payments) if Skills Assessment is rejected (except Clause 2). We may reapply if agreed.
• 2nd Stage: If no invitation for 2 years and EOI exits pool, we reapply at your discretion; otherwise, 25% refund (excluding taxes; not for part payments).
• 3rd Stage: 25% refund (excluding taxes) if permanent visa is rejected (except Clause 2).

Clause 2: No liability for rejections due to: medical failures, fraudulent documents, verification failures, insufficient funds, or invalid police clearance.

Refunds credit your bank account within 45 working days after tax deduction. Accept terms within 72 hours of agreement, or acceptance is implied. Government/third-party fees (e.g., medical, PCC, IELTS) are non-refundable and your responsibility. No refunds for document verification failures, criteria changes, pass mark shifts, or program transfers post-signing.

Contract Validity (Australian PR): 3 years from signing.

Important Note: Refunds deduct applicable GST (18%).
